About Me

I am a student studying communication, journalism, and linguistics at Wake Forest University of North Carolina. I have over two years of experience assisting with the Old Gold & Black student newspaper production oversight in both its online and print mediums. Additionally, I have over a year of experience in editing articles as a managing editor and directing the design team and webmaster to create a polished publication.

I am well-versed in using Adobe InDesign, Premiere Pro, and all Microsoft Suite applications. I pride myself on consistently providing well-reported work that is consistent with Associated Press guidelines and closely observing good journalistic practice. I have a particular interest in local-level journalism and making local news more accessible.
